BareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in Spark Plug (0.07oz  $13.73)
I love BareMinerals but have not tried any of their lip products. I have to say, I'm not super impressed, mostly because I'm not a fan of lip glosses - but the colour is gorgeous!

Considering I liked one item from the box, I don't think I will be getting another. Plus I'm pretty sure monthly subscription boxes started my hoarding status.
One thing I do like about Topbox is that they give you the option to choose Prive boxes - boxes containing products concentrated around one brand. Personally, I still like the element of surprise - even if I'm not thrilled about the results.

I really liked this month's Topbox. Clinique is a good brand but I've never been a fan of their prices so this was a good opportunity for me to try out their products. The sample sizes were good, not too small compared to their past samples. I love the eye shadow duo as well as the clarifying lotion. I'm excited to try the dark spot corrector since I have a LOT of acne scarring. Great box Topbox!

This box was super disappointing in my opinion. I thought Topbox would do well considering the price hike and the Christmas season, but I guess not. The only thing I liked this box was the polish, but then plum purple/reds have been in season for a couple months now so this is my 5th bottle or so. Not impressed and have cancelled my subscription.

What do you think of Topbox's last couple boxes?

Overall, I'm quite content with this month's box. I really like the nail polish duo, but I personally wish I got Aqua Pretty instead of Floral Passion. I have yet to try out the polish but the perfume smells really nice, it's a musky citrus scent, which surprises me because I'm not a big fan of musk. The Aqua Eyes pencil is really nice black for lining the water line and will last a long time doing so. The butter blend will be going to my mother because luckily I don't have dry skin (except my knees and elbows ><), but I really like the packaging of the product for a sample since you can reseal it, unlike Burt's Bees samples.

After a disappointing October Topbox, I'm so glad that Topbox decided to give away Lise Watier Topboxes in Toronto. They gave these away a couple weeks ago but I didn't have a chance to get one. Thankfully, Topbox released an extra 100 boxes to 5 different Shoppers Drug Marts within the GTA this past Friday and I finally got one!

Here's what I got in the Lise Watier box :)

I really love the perfume samples! They smell so nice and fruity, the packaging is genius (twist to open and spray) and it's a proper sample. Not like the vials we all know and hate. I'm kind of disappointed in the lip gloss though because when I opened it to take the picture, some bristles on the brush were sticking out as you can see. I probably won't use the hydration cream because I have combination skin but Christmas is coming and re-gifting is always a good way to save money! :P

I'm curious to know if Topbox sent these samples to other parts in Canada, let me know if you got one :).

Honestly, I was very disappointed in this month's box. Both the Aveda shampoo and conditioner samples were way too small for me because I use a palm full of shampoo and conditioner each time I shower. The stila palette was a let down too, I could have gone to sephora for swatches. The mask is pretty cool but it's meant for puffiness from staying up too late which I don't get. The only thing I would use is the stila prime pot. *Sigh*, I hope next box is better :). 

 On a happier note, TopBox has emailed all it's subscribers within the GTA a coupon for free Lise Watier samples, which I'm excited to go get this weekend!

My favourite product this month was definitely the nail polish. I've been looking for a highlighter pink for a while now and finally got it in this box! I'm excited to try out the cucumber mask but not so much the sampar samples or the nume shampoo. This box also came with a $100 coupon for NuMe for styling tools or hair extensions. I took another look at their site and I just might buy the Wet to Dry flat iron, not too sure yet though ><.
