My awesome friend gave me his code and I won one of my own, and I though hey, why not swatch them? Keep reading to see the swatches!
For my two lipsticks, I chose Gladiolus, a bright scarlet red, and Primrose, a light muted mauve.
The formula is very smooth and light. I often have problems with lipstick because I don't take care of my lips, ie. I don't scrub them and forget to moisturize them daily -sigh-, which results in chappy and creased lipstick. The Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick however is very smooth upon application, especially with a lip brush, and is pigmented but not opaque, leaving room to build the colour. Like all lipsticks, the colour stains the lips nicely so reapplication is not necessary unless you want a vibrant application, but even so it stays on for quite some time. I would described this product as one between the Revlon Lip Butters and a Lipstick, it's just that smooth.
I'm really happy with both colours as Primrose is a great neutral pink for everyday wear and Gladiolus is perfect for a night out. I also like the mix of both colours too, giving a rosey pink.
