SERIOUSLY!? I'm sorry but this is the WORST bag or box I've ever gotten from any subscription! The worth barely justifies the price ($12 plus taxes). Also, I'm sick and tired of their customer service. I mentioned last month that it took around 20 emails to finally cancel my subscription and this time I stopped getting email updates from Glymm. Their bags usually ship the second week of the month and luckily I'm a member of the Beauty Box Spoilers group on Facebook and was kept up to date by fellow subscribers of the shipping status' because I stopped getting emails. I didn't even get a tracking email for this bag, good thing I get the mail everyday. Many other subscribers, if they were lucky, got a nail polish, and those who weren't got a Burt's Bees hand lotion sample for subscribing for a year. After this bag, I will definitely never go back to Glymm.
What was the worst customer service you've received from a beauty box subscription?
P.S. They're also raising their prices to $15! Yikes!
